E-procurement fees are falling as competing online exchanges struggle to expand their customer bases.

Online exchanges are changing pricing models for a wide range of services to reduce costs for users. This is good news for existing e-marketplace clients, both original-equipment manufacturers and suppliers, and for new users. But the new pricing creates an additional strain on the exchanges as they try to replace conventional purchasing practices.
