US supplier Dana has sold European subsidiary FTE to private equity group HgCapital.
Dana Chairman and CEO Joe Magliochetti said although FTE is a respected company with a solid product range, it was sold because Dana wants to focus on core businesses and technologies.
Dana of Toledo, Ohio, specializes in drivetrain, structural, engine, chassis, sealing, brake and fluid system products.
