Skoda has taken a direct approach to educating its work force by founding the Czech Republic's first company owned college.
More than 200 students are enrolled in the bachelor's degree program at the college, which is located on the grounds of Skoda's Mlada Boleslav factory.
The college opened in 2000 and the first class will graduate in early 2004.
