Lamborghini will introduce the roadster version of its Murcielago sports car in spring 2004 for about 10 percent more than the coupe.
The car, unveiled in Detroit as an unnamed concept vehicle, is closer to a racing barchetta than a traditional roadster, with a very low windshield and no proper removable roof. The production car won't be equipped with a proper ragtop roof, merely with a "drive me home" canvas top that resists only moderate speeds.
