BENTLEY - Ulrich Eichorn will join Bentley Motors on March 1 as engineering director, reporting to Chairman and CEO Franz-Josef Paefgen.
Eichorn, 41, will take over from Hans-Joachim Rothenpieler who will assume another role within Volkswagen group, which owns the Bentley brand.
Eichorn is currently head of research at Volkswagen, a position he has held since July 2000. Before joining Volkswagen, Eichorn was worldwide head of vehicle dynamics at Ford.
GENERAL MOTORS - Walter Borst has been appointed treasurer of General Motors.
