The Canadian government risks losing the Chrysler group's new assembly plant here, Canadian Auto Workers President Buzz Hargrove warned.

"My information is that within the next couple weeks if [Chrysler] doesn't have something concrete from the Ontario government, then they are going to start exploring other alternatives," said the union official.
