Logistics specialist Ryder's supply in-line sequencing (SILS) center in Ellesmere Port, England, has helped General Motors' nearby plant become one of the most flexible in Europe.
The [pounds sterling]10 million ([euro]14.5 million), 40,000-square-meter SILS facility was developed to support GM's [pounds sterling]127 million investment in Ellesmere Port.
