Lena Olving is passionate about cars, motorcycles - and helping people less fortunate than herself.
After studying engineering at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden, where her father was dean, Lena joined Volvo in 1980 as a product and production engineer.
Then 11 years later she left Volvo to become managing director of Samhall Hogland AB, a Swedish government-backed initiative to create work and training opportunities for people with physical or intellectual disabilities.
