Who's afraid of the big, bad wolf?

Valeo Chairman Thierry Morin recently scoffed at the idea his company could be a takeover target.

"Preys are typically plump and not very fast on their feet," he said. "I, on my part, prefer having the hungry-wolf look."

Morin had just announced Valeo was looking for acquisitions to bolster its electronics business and is building a war chest of cash to fund the effort.
