Magna International boasts that it is "the world's biggest car manufacturer without a brand of its own."

The Canadian company was founded in 1957 in a Toronto garage by Austrian-born Frank Stronach as a one-man tool and die shop.

Magna now employs 74,000 people worldwide including 27,000 at 70 plants and development and engineering centers in Europe.

Magna, the world's fifth largest automotive supply group, says it is the only supplier that can fully develop, engineer, test and build a complete car.
