Car repair networks are expanding in Europe as a result of new block exemption rules.

Bosch and Auto Distribution International are recruiting repair shops - many of which did not get a contract from carmakers when the rules changed October 1 - to get a larger piece of the spare parts market, which is worth more than [euro]25 billion.
