Suzuki Motor Corp. wants Spain to be one of its best-selling markets before the end of the decade, a company executive said.
The Japanese automaker aims to increase car sales here to 30,000 units by 2006, said Suzuki Motor Iberica Chairman Koji Tarumoto.
In 2002, Suzuki, which is 20 percent owned by General Motors, had its top European market share in Hungary (18 percent). Spain was its No. 4 market in terms of market share.
