GM January sales sizzle in Mexico
General Motors started the new year with a 4,000-unit sales lead over its nearest competitor in Mexico.
GM's car and truck sales in Mexico totaled 21,534 units in January, up 13.3 percent from the same month a year earlier and well ahead of No. 2 Nissan.
Nissan posted sales of 17,531 units for the month, up 6.6 percent from a year earlier.
