A verdict in Kirk Kerkorian's billion-dollar lawsuit against Daimler-Chrysler AG is half a year away, even though the court case concluded in February.
US District Judge Joseph Farnan Jr. has scheduled procedural hearings that must occur before he renders a decision.
A spokesman for DaimlerChrysler said a decision is not likely before the fourth quarter of this year.
