Suzuki aims to win back lost western European sales with fresh product launches and a new marketing program.

Japan's fifth largest carmaker has teamed up with Italdesign to ensure that its cars - criticized as lackluster in the past - appeal to European tastes in.

Suzuki executives call their revival plan the Suzuki European Renaissance 7. The number 7 stands for Suzuki's seven fully owned national sales companies, which are located in France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Hungary, the UK and the Czech Republic.
