Neumann joins Continental board

HANOVER, Germany - Karl-Thomas Neumann, 43, has been appointed to the board of Continental AG.

He succeeds Wolfgang Ziebart who is now CEO at Infineon Technologies AG, a semiconductor maker in Munich.

Neumann comes to Continental from Volkswagen AG, where he was head of electronics for VW group. He is responsible for the Continental Automotive Systems division.

Slater leads Ford communications

COLOGNE, Germany - Ian Slater has been named vice president of communications and public affairs at Ford of Europe.
