Production cars: The 159 sedan and Brera coupe are the first new models in a product offensive to replace Alfa's aging lineup. The 159 replaces the 156 and the Brera is the successor to the GTV coupe. Both models derive from the Brera concept unveiled at the Geneva auto show two years ago. Alfa will begin selling the 159 sedan in June and the Brera 2+2 coupe in November. The 159 Sportwagon station wagon and the two-seat Brera spider will follow in spring 2006. Alfa will build the 159 alongside its 147 and GT models at its Pomigliano d'Arco plant, near Naples, Italy. ...
