Nissan will supply Renault with an SUV as part of the growing manufacturing cooperation between the two companies, said CEO Carlos Ghosn.

"Nissan will develop a four-wheel drive truck for Renault," Ghosn told analysts during a recent trip to the US.

Renault has been considering adding an upscale SUV to the brand's luxury range in 2009 or 2010 with the help of Nissan's strong 4wd expertise.
