Saab will develop infotainment systems for other General Motors Europe brands.

"It will be Saab's responsibility to package these systems into future Opels," said GM Europe President Carl-Peter Forster.

Saab is designing the stereo and navigation systems for the next-generation Opel Corsa small-segment car that will be introduced at the end of next year.

GM Europe managers think Saab excels at packaging its infotainment systems so they are easy to use.
