Pierre Vareille has been CEO of UK-based engineering group Wagon since May 2004. The former head of Faurecia's exhausts systems business says that being a mid-sized company - it had sales of [pounds sterling]486.9 million ([euro]708.6 million) last year - is an advantage because Wagon can be more selective when it seeks business.
