MG Rover's collapse is being felt by its former suppliers and dealers.

It will involve far more job losses and company failures than anyone expects, says an industry advisor who represents companies owed money by MG Rover.

He said Tier 2 suppliers and small, privately owned dealerships will be the worst affected because Tier 1 suppliers and large, public dealer groups have backed away from MG Rover in recent years.
