Peugeot 607
The Peugeot 607 has passed the Subaru Legacy/Outback to become western Europe's top-selling large car. Sales of the 607 rose 23% to 8,748 units in the first 5 months compared with the same period last year. The best seller in the major markets comes with the 2.2-liter diesel engine and takes 2-8 weeks to get. Incentives on the car include: a [euro]1,500 discount in Spain; a [euro]3,000 trade-in bonus in Italy; 0% financing over 4 years with a 35% minimum deposit in the UK; and financing from 2.9% in Germany. There are no special offers on the car in France.
