Volkswagen group's pledge to invest an additional [euro]700 million in its Spanish subsidiary Seat over the next three years is a stopgap, not a solution to the brand's problems, say analysts.
VW's planned new investment is a "clear disappointment," said Albrecht Denninghoff, an analyst at Germany's HypoVereinsbank.
