Concept car: Roadjet concept

Audi says its Roadjet concept, first unveiled at Detroit in January, is a new niche model - but what kind of model is it?

Sized between the A4 and A6, the five-door Roadjet could become part of an Audi Sportback family, possibly as an A5 station wagon. Or it could be the smallest member of the new Q-badged SUV lineup, possibly the Q3.

One thing is sure: It will be a production model one day. Audi Chairman Martin Winterkorn confirmed the Roadjet is more than a design exercise.
