The EZ electric car from Mitsubishi Design Europe showcases the Japanese carmaker's latest technologies.

Each of the EZ's 20-inch wheels houses a 27hp in-hub motor powered by a lithium-ion battery positioned beneath the car's floor.

In the Concept-EZ, Mitsubishi engineers and designers have created what Mitsubishi calls an "urban capsule" vehicle.

The internal space has been enhanced by the use of a retractable steering wheel, drive-by-wire technology and power folding seats.
