Delphi gets small boost from non-US divisions.(Suppliers)

Delphi's thriving overseas business is supposed to be the cure for the giant auto supplier.

But the picture is less rosy than Delphi executives have claimed, according to recent earnings reports.

Delphi's operations outside the US are not part of the supplier's Chapter 11 reorganization. They have been only modestly profitable.
