Ford Motor has realigned key players within its global design team.
Effective May 1, Moray Callum became design director for Ford's passenger cars in North America.
Previously, Callum was Mazda's design director in Japan. Ford owns 33.4 percent of Mazda.
Callum, a native of Scotland, will support Peter Horbury, Ford's executive director for design in the US. Horbury, an Englishman, is implementing a new styling direction for Ford in the US called "red, white and bold."
