US billionaire Wilbur Ross's newly formed International Automotive Components group is already a force in the European supplier industry.
Ross will focus primarily on Europe until the North American market becomes less volatile, he told Automotive News Europe.
Ross has a 10 percent share of Europe's metal-parts market following his acquisition of Paris-based Oxford and its reverse takeover of UK-based Wagon.
