Italy's dealers have voted Ford Motor as the best carmaker to do business with.
The result is a pay off for Ford's seven-year restructuring of its Italian dealer network.
"It shows that our business equation to have fewer but stronger dealers has worked out," said Massimo Pasanisi, Ford Italia CEO.
Ford topped the overall satisfaction category in the DealerSTAT study, which sought feedback from 1,025 dealers or almost 30 percent of Italy's car sellers.
