Bentley is considering production of a hardtop coupe based on its two-door Azure ultraluxury convertible.
"We are busy with a coupe-like variant of our top model," said Ulrich Eichhorn, Bentley's board member responsible for engineering, in an interview.
Eichhorn also rejected rumors that Bentley, a subsidiary of Volkswagen group, is considering producing a four-door coupe that would compete against the Porsche Panamera, which is due in 2009.
