Gerard Detourbet is working hard to make the Logan a world car.

"No place without its Logan - that's Renault's slogan," Detourbet said in March 2005 as Renault and Indian automaker Mahindra & Mahindra were signing a deal to co-produce the car in that country.

The head of the Logan world program crisscrosses the planet in search of suitable locations to build the robust, low-cost, family-sized car.
