After 11 months of trying, Ford Motor has yet to sell a single one of the former Visteon factories in the US that it absorbed last autumn.

With each passing day, the unprofitable former Visteon assets, now known as Automotive Components Holdings, risk losing value as Ford concedes market share and cuts production.
