Porsche tests Panamera prototype.(News)(Brief article)

Porsche's four-door Panamera, up to now seen only in sketches and illustrations, has been spotted on public roads in Germany as it undergoes testing in preparation for a 2009 showroom debut.

While the prototype captured in the spy shots isn't quite as dramatic as the low-slung sedan shown in artist renderings, the photos do confirm the Panamera will be a proper four seater without suicide rear doors rumored to be in development.
