Engine components specialist Mahle says it expects revenue to rise another 5 percent this year despite stagnant auto sales in western Europe, Japan and North America.
Mahle posted revenue of [euro]4.1 billion in 2005, up 9.1 percent over 2004. It says revenue this year should rise to [euro]4.3 billion as strong demand for commercial vehicles, higher aftermarket sales and the company's brisk business with Japanese and Korean automakers help offset weak demand for passenger vehicles overall.
