The restructuring of ThyssenKrupp's automotive unit did not end with the sale of a large part of its American operations, said Ekkehard Schulz, CEO of the Essen-based steelmaking and technology group.

Schulz says two automotive-chassis units, Drauz Nothelfer in Heilbronn, Germany, and Sofedit, in Versailles, France, will be reorganized in the next 12 to 18 months.
