EDS Mid-market Solutions wants to buy Incadea, Europe's most widely used dealership software program.

Incadea has been put up for sale by its owner Reynolds & Reynolds.

"We are interested in purchasing Incadea and will make an offer as soon as Reynolds opens the bidding process," said EDS Managing Director Christoph Schwarz.
