When it comes to selling cars, location is key, says Michel Gardel, Toyota France's managing director. Gardel, 53, talked with Automotive News Europe Staff Reporter Sylviane de Saint-Seine about Toyota's reorganization of its French dealer network.

How did you reorganize the French network?
