Alan Mulally already is putting his mark on Ford Motor.
The former Boeing chief executive has the opportunity to cut through the morass at Ford. Since arriving as CEO in October, he has started to do just that. Mulally is an agitator, prodding change at the carmaker. In just a few months, Mulally has secured a $23.4 billion (about [euro]18 billion) financing package, appointed Derrick Kuzak as world product czar and shaken the executive ladder with an eye toward global collaboration.
