More than 80 years after their creation, most of Walter Owen Bentley's sports cars are still racing today.

The cars' longevity is a testament to the superb engineering done by the company Walter Owen founded in 1919 and a reason why he is part of the European Hall of Fame's Class of 2007. He will enter the Hall in March with Bela Barenyi, Hans Ledwinka and Bruno Sacco.

The original Bentley Motors lasted just 12 years before it filed for bankruptcy in June 1931, but during that span the company's cars became racing legends.
