Yann Delabriere is Faurecia's third CEO within six months.

Delabriere, 56, succeeds Gregoire Olivier, who joined PSA/Peugeot-Citroen as head of vehicle programs February 6. PSA owns 71 percent of Faurecia.

Delabriere was PSA's chief finance officer before his appointment. He has been a Faurecia director since 1996 and is chairman of the supplier's audit committee.

A graduate of France's Ecole Normale Superieure and the Ecole Nationale d'Administration, Delabriere joined PSA in 1990 as chief financial officer.
