US auto retail entrepreneur Roger Penske and a Japanese partner are exploring auto dealership opportunities in China and Russia.
"We're looking at China; we even had someone go to Russia [recently] to take a look if there is an opportunity," said Penske, CEO of United Auto Group, at the Automotive News World Congress in Dearborn, Michigan.
