Concept car: Prototype-X
The Prototype-X concept previews the design of Mitsubishi's next-generation Lancer lower-medium sedan. With 14,755 Lancers sold in Europe last year, the sedan is Mitsubishi's No. 2 seller after the Colt small car. The new Lancer is due early next year. The Prototype-X was first shown at the Detroit auto show in January.
