Time Warner NYC To Launch Stand-Alone PPV Channels New York - Time Warner Inc.'s Brooklyn/Queens Division will launch three stand-alone PPV channels in January, dropping Viewer's Choice II and Request Television, Multichannel News has learned. The division, which includes Brooklyn-Queens Cable, Queens Inner Unity Cable Systems and American Cablevision of Queens, has a combined universe of 300,000 addressable homes, said Hugh Panero, vice president, customer operations and PPV, for the Time Warner New York City Cable Group B/Q Division.
