TWO MORE CENTS WORTH CNN Did Right Thing Running Iraqi Feed Perhaps we are coming late to the debate, but we feel a compulsion to contribute our two cents on the recent criticism of the Cable News Network for airing Iraqi satellite transmissions live -- specifically, Saddam Hussein's visits with his Western "guests." Most of the hoot and holler has come from the nearly always self-righteous broadcast-types.
They contend such direct "feeds" need to be scrutinized by editors before being "fed" to the U.S. TV viewer, whom, as we all know, they have never held in very high regard.
