Playboy Keeps Growing, But Operators Still Resist New York -- One year after converting its pay subscription service to a pay-per-view network, Playboy at Night has added original programming and created a new on-air look that has resulted in nearly doubling its addressable PPV homes, according to Playboy executives.
But some operators said Playboy's programming might be "too soft" for the adult market and instead may look to Graff PPV's Spice service, which has mainly movies.
