Let's Give the FCC a Crack' at Re-Regulation Six years ago, when I first had the honor of speaking at the Western Show, I predicted that passage of the Cable Act - then just 47 days old - would be great for the cable business ... and would bring political stability to our industry. Well, it's indisputable that the Cable Act has been great for the business, but "political stability?" No way.
