TVSM Unconcerned Over Loss of Manhattan Recent management shifts at TVSM Inc. had nothing to do with competitor TV Guide's grabbing two Time Warner New York City Cable Group systems from TVSM's monthly, The Cable Guide, according to TVSM's recently reappointed president and CEO, Neil Heller.

Heller was brought back in last month to take charge of the guide publishing firm's day-to-day operations as chairman Mark Edmiston relinquished his title of president to take the reigns as chairman of TVSM Acquisition Co. In his dual chairmanship roles, Edmiston will be involved in broader strategic planning.
