Time Warner New York City Simplifies Ad Buys NEW YORK -- Time Warner CityCable Advertising has installed a new fiber optic commercial insertion distribution system that makes it possible to simultaneously place spots over all five franchises that are part of Time Warner's New York City Cable Group.

Drew Flynt, senior vice president of Time Warner CityCable said the new system should boost ad sales by simplifying buys for clients and reduce back office costs associated with multiple ad buys.
