American TV Alliance, Zenith Near HDTV Tests Against a backdrop of rumored rethinking of high-definition television strategy in Europe, the American Television Alliance and Zenith Electronics Corp. have submitted preliminary details of their all-digital systems to the FCC Advisory Committee on Advanced Television Services.
