Time Warner 1-GHz Plan Stirs Memories of QUBE NEW YORK - Time Warner's ambitious planto launch the first 1-GHz 150-channel cable service has stirred vivid memories of Warner Cable's QUBE systems, which promised to revolutionize television with huge channel capacity and a wealth of interactive programming.
